Choose Innovation- Or Face Destruction!
Scott Anthony is the Managing Director of Innosight, a boutique consulting, training and investment firm that works with Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, non-profits and national governments to improve their ability to create innovation-driven growth.

In this video interview for the Harvard Business Review, Scott explains how to innovate when time and money is very tight. He believes businesses should always be able to find time to innovate, even in the current economic climate.
And if you’re not convinced, Scott offers a stark warning to slow-moving companies: “If you choose not to innovate, you are sowing the seeds of your own destruction- it has never been as important to dedicate the time and money to innovation.”
