Entrepreneur Vs Employee?

← Back to Blog | July 16th, 2010 by Paul | View Comments

After watching this video, the first thoughts to enter your mind are the classic differences between entrepreneurs and employees.

We used think that the main target of an employee was job security. Often they would lack the self confidence required to go after their dreams and would trade their lifetime ambitions for a steady pay cheque. And on the other side, the role of the entrepreneur was the ambitious dream-maker, risk taker, brimming with ideas and willing to risk failure in the pursuit of success…. Without the entrepreneur, no business would take off at all.

Now take a look again. The video has a deeper message. It’s not a case of black or white, entrepreneur or employee- you can perform both roles at the same time. Which hamster is which? Can they switch roles?

Have you got the spirit of the entrepreneurial employee?
